Description:
Datum101 were engaged to provide the building services on the part refurbishment of an existing tenancy occupied by Consolidated Minerals.

The refurbishment scope covered a new reception, larger kitchen and breakout space and various modification to the existing office and workstation layouts.

The Client required to remain functioning with the tenancy throughout the works and Datum101 worked closely with the Interior Designers and Fitout Contractor to ensure the Clients requirements were achieved.
