Description:
Datum101 were engaged to complete a 340m2 fitout for ME Bank in a new building at 50 Cheriton Street.

The design included reception, boardroom, 16 person training room, interview rooms, comms room, open plan workstations, and a staff hub / breakout area.

Existing base building services were reused where possible to minimise fitout costs.

Mechanical design involved a supplementary split ducted type system to serve the high occupancy loads of the Training Room.
