Description:
Datum 101 was engaged to complete the building services design for the 1100m2 services office fitout for Regus on one level of the new 100 Havelock Street building at West Perth.

The design included a highly partitioned office layout, business lounge, business cafe and comms room.

Due to the high occupancy load a VRV system was introduce to supplement the base building air conditioning systems.

A new comms room was provided and rack layouts and cabling configurations were completed in accordance with the Regus International design standards.
