Chophouse Perth is a New York style steak house located in the newly redeveloped Cloister’s Square site in the heart of Perth’s CBD.

The venue of appx 460m2 is set over two levels with formal dining on the upper floor and casual dining, bar and kitchen on the lower level which also has access to an extended deck area for outdoor dining on the Terrace.

Datum101 worked in conjunction with the Sydney based design team and base building representatives to provide an integrated services design that saved the project time and money.
