Description:

Built in 1992, 477 Pitt Street is an A Grade building located in Sydney’s southern precinct covering an entire block bound by Pitt, Hay and Barlow Streets. It is a 32 storey tower comprising two floors of retail, 30 office floors and two basement levels of parking. Floor areas vary from 960sqm to over 2,500sqm.

To facilitate the expansion of the Group IT accommodation, TfNSW required the refurbishment and fitout of its existing Level 19 tenancy which incorporated a higher density occupancy, meeting rooms, hot desks, and breakout, all with an up-dated aesthetic.

The engineering works included the successful delivery of Datum101 core disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, and Hydraulics services which consisted of power reconfiguration, Communications systems extension, and Mechanical systems consolidation.
