Eat House is a new food tenancy on the ground floor of the QV1 building in the Perth CBD. The retail area is approx. 75m2. The project was part of a multiple-tenancy redevelopment. Datum101 was engaged for the full services design for the fitout. Base building had provided a building shell and capped-off services provisions for the tenancy (eg kitchen exhaust connection, gas, water, chilled & heating water, distribution board). The fitout included a commercial kitchen area in the back of house, a counter and a front of house seating/dining area. Our design team worked closely with the interior designers, base building reviewers and the contractors to ensure a good outcome for the project. Image Gallery: |
