Datum101 completed the services design on the new offices for hipages at 255 Pitt Street totalling over 1800m² floor space.

Datum101 was engaged to complete the services design for the Herbert Smith Freehills fitout at 66 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park.

Datum101 completed the services design for the Elmo Cloud HR & Payroll fitout at 580 George Street, Sydney. The tenancy is split across 2 levels and incorporates a central atrium with an internal staircase.

Datum101 was engaged to complete the services design for a new NAB retail bank branch at Seven Hills Plaza Shopping Centre in NSW.

The fitout covers a full floor area of 1,235m2 on level 7, Australia Place.

Perth Urology is located on the ground floor within the Hollywood Medical Centre. The tenancy was fitout from a cold shell provision and included a reception, offices and consulting rooms, staff amenities and a treatment room.

Datum101 was appointed to provide the Electrical and Mechanical services design for RUAH Community Services, a 2-storey fitout consisting of approx. 620m2 on ground floor and 190m2 on the first floor.

Datum101 were very pleased to be involved in the greenfield development for St. John Ambulance.

The fitout was undertaken over two floors totaling over 3000m2 of office space.

Datum101 were engaged to complete the services design for the 700m2 fitout of 8 on the Point at the fantastic Point Fraser development on the Swan River foreshore.

Following on from successful fitouts in other state offices Charter Hall’s WA office embraced the latest concepts in modern work place design.

Datum101 were engaged to undertake the services design for the new Thyssen Krupp offices in Perth CBD.

Working on a tight budget Datum101 coordinated closely with the Interior Design Team and Builder to deliver and exciting restaurant fitout.

The project involved the construction and of a new two storey purpose built medical building including dental fitout.

The project involved the full make over of the existing level 2 facilities including numerous bars, function rooms and open seating areas.

Freemason WA purchased the four storey building at Thomas Street for their new WA headquarters.

Jamie’s Trattoria Parramatta is housed within a former bank building located in the heart of Parramatta’s Civic Centre in NSW; adjacent to the new Centennial Plaza and nearby Town Hall.

Chophouse Perth is a New York style steak house located in the newly redeveloped Cloister’s Square site in the heart of Perth’s CBD.

Datum101 were engaged to complete the building services consultancy for the new Colliers International WA head office.

As part of a contract with the Federal Department of Immigration and Border Protection, BUPA undertook due diligence investigations of numerous sites around Australia in early 2014 in order to commence establishment of it Medical Visa Services network.

Din Tai Fung design their restaurants to have their own identity, so these two sites provided opportunities to flex our design muscles.

Originally based in Wentworthville for over 100 years, PBUG’s new space at Burwood, needed to retain strong links to PBUG’s history. 

Buildings sited on 88 George Street (built 1886) and 86 George St (built 1912) in Sydney NSW have been combined and refurbished in 2007 to become an award winner environmentally sustainable building and retaining historical significance.

Built in 1992, 477 Pitt Street is an A Grade building located in Sydney’s southern precinct covering an entire block bound by Pitt, Hay and Barlow Streets.

Construction of 1008 Hay Street was completed in 2013 and the 500m2 fitout for 2H Offshore was the first on the top floor of the building. The design included reception, boardroom, meeting rooms, comms room, open plan workstations, and a staff hub / breakout area.

Located within the heritage listed Rowes Arcade, Jamie’s Italian Brisbane is the largest of the Jaime’s Italian venues in Australia with seating for 240 guest over two levels.

The St. John of God Wexford Medical Centre is a new 7 storey building located within Perth’s largest health precinct adjacent the new Fiona Stanley Hospital.

Open by the Prime Minster in March 2014 the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research is a 10 storey state of the art medical research facility located with the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre.

Jamie’s Italian Adelaide is located within one of the city’s most prominent buildings, the old Westpac building on the corner of King William Street and North Terrace.

The 740m2 fitout for Mcleods lawyers was undertaken over two floors and was the first fitout following completion of the open plan base building construction works.

175 Liverpool Street is one of Sydney’s A Grade office buildings, situated in the heart of the CBD Hyde Park precinct.

Datum101 were engaged to provide the building services design for the new TGS office at 1110 Hay Street.

The National Native Title Tribunal are located on level 5 in the Commonwealth Law Court Building at 1 Victoria Avenue, Perth.

Datum101 were engaged to complete a 340m2 fitout for ME Bank in a new building at 50 Cheriton Street. 

The fitout was undertaken over two floors with an overall floor area of appx 1600m2.

Datum101 were engaged to provide the building services design for PPR (Professional Public Relations) new office in West Perth.

Located in the Canberra Centre Shopping Complex Jamie’s Italian Canberra accommodates appx 500m2 of dining and food preparation space.

Datum 101 was engaged to complete the building services design for the 1100m2 services office fitout for Regus on one level of the new 100 Havelock Street building at West Perth 

Datum101 were engaged to provide the building services on the part refurbishment of an existing tenancy occupied by Consolidated Minerals.

The 400m2 fitout for Aurora Oil and Gas was undertaken in conjunction with the base building construction programme to enable the Client to achieve occupation at the first possible opportunity.

The project involved densification of the occupancy of Clough staff across four existing flours at Clough headquarters in the Alluvion Building, Perth
