The fitout covers a full floor area of 1,235m2 on level 7, Australia Place.

Eat House is a new food tenancy on the ground floor of the QV1 building in the Perth CBD. The project was part of a multiple-tenancy redevelopment.

Perth Urology is located on the ground floor within the Hollywood Medical Centre. The tenancy was fitout from a cold shell provision and included a reception, offices and consulting rooms, staff amenities and a treatment room.

Datum101 was appointed to provide the Electrical and Mechanical services design for RUAH Community Services, a 2-storey fitout consisting of approx. 620m2 on ground floor and 190m2 on the first floor.

New restaurant tenancy in the prestigious Elizabeth Quay on the banks of the Swan River in the Perth CBD.

Datum101 were engaged to complete the services design for this refurbishment project including a complete remodel of the existing commercial kitchen including a new cookline, wash up area and cool rooms.

Datum101 were very pleased to be involved in the greenfield development for St. John Ambulance.

The fitout was undertaken over two floors totaling over 3000m2 of office space.

Datum101 undertook the design of all services on floor plates exceeding 10,000m2 in total area for the new Administration Appeals Tribunal (AAT) fitouts in Sydney and Perth.

The South Perth Residence is a three storey luxury home on the banks of the Swan River in WA.

The heritage listed building is being refurbished by Dome for use as a cafe and an 18 room hotel.

Located in a prominent street in West Perth, the development at Prowse Street is mixed use comprising over six levels comprising of forty 2 bed 2 bath apartments, one commercial tenancy, and secure indoor parking over two basement floors.

The Beaux Lane refurbishment undertook to demolish the existing retail tenancy’s and introduce a new laneway to activate the outlets from the busy Beaufort Street front.

The project encompassed a complete refurbishment of the existing function rooms and construction of a new pavilion including outdoor bar, alfresco and pool areas.

Situated in Bowral NSW, Annesley Bowral is a peaceful and stylish Retirement Living facility, featuring old world charm and high quality finishes. The site was originally a girl’s high school started in the early 1900’s.

Datum101 provided services designs for new ANA tenancy located at Sydney International Airport.

80 William Street is a 20,000 sqm office tower completed in 1987. The building has become a Sydney icon with its distinctive terraced, stepped design, and boasts stunning views of Sydney Harbour.

The project involved the construction and of a new two storey purpose built medical building including dental fitout.

The project involved the full make over of the existing level 2 facilities including numerous bars, function rooms and open seating areas.

Freemason WA purchased the four storey building at Thomas Street for their new WA headquarters.

74 Castlereagh Street is located between Market & King Streets in the heart of the financial district of Sydney. This 20 level A-Grade commercial building was constructed in 1991 & comprises retail & office levels and a total NLA of approximately 6,800m².

Jamie’s Trattoria Parramatta is housed within a former bank building located in the heart of Parramatta’s Civic Centre in NSW; adjacent to the new Centennial Plaza and nearby Town Hall.

Chophouse Perth is a New York style steak house located in the newly redeveloped Cloister’s Square site in the heart of Perth’s CBD.

Datum101 were engaged to complete the building services consultancy for the new Colliers International WA head office.

As part of a contract with the Federal Department of Immigration and Border Protection, BUPA undertook due diligence investigations of numerous sites around Australia in early 2014 in order to commence establishment of it Medical Visa Services network.

The development at Cannington is located 10km from the Perth CBD and comprises of 24 two bed two bathroom room apartments plus two commercial spaces and cover parking for residents and visitors.

Located on the outskirts of Perth CBD, 152 Fitzgerald Street is a mixed use development comprising over six levels comprising forty 2 bed 2 bath apartments, one commercial tenancy, and secure indoor parking over two basement floors.

The 180 Bartram Road site is located in the Harvest Lakes Private Estate in Atwell south of Perth in WA. The development comprises twelve low maintenance apartments with a mix of one or two bed options.

Datum101 were engaged to complete the mechanical and electrical services designs on a new two storey child care centre.

Datum101 were engaged to provide the mechanical and electrical services design for the new kindergarten and associated facilities including kitchen and toilets at St. Denis School.

Din Tai Fung design their restaurants to have their own identity, so these two sites provided opportunities to flex our design muscles.

Situated in the Currambine commercial precinct on outskirts of Joondalup in WA the Hobsons Gate development comprises of 15 commercial suites split over two levels totaling 2500sqm.

Originally based in Wentworthville for over 100 years, PBUG’s new space at Burwood, needed to retain strong links to PBUG’s history. 

Buildings sited on 88 George Street (built 1886) and 86 George St (built 1912) in Sydney NSW have been combined and refurbished in 2007 to become an award winner environmentally sustainable building and retaining historical significance.

Built in 1992, 477 Pitt Street is an A Grade building located in Sydney’s southern precinct covering an entire block bound by Pitt, Hay and Barlow Streets.

Construction of 1008 Hay Street was completed in 2013 and the 500m2 fitout for 2H Offshore was the first on the top floor of the building. The design included reception, boardroom, meeting rooms, comms room, open plan workstations, and a staff hub / breakout area.

Located within the heritage listed Rowes Arcade, Jamie’s Italian Brisbane is the largest of the Jaime’s Italian venues in Australia with seating for 240 guest over two levels.

Datum101 were engaged to provide consulting services on the refurbishment of the existing Lodge located within the Woodlands Retirement Village site. 

The St. John of God Wexford Medical Centre is a new 7 storey building located within Perth’s largest health precinct adjacent the new Fiona Stanley Hospital.

151 Royal Street is a 32,000 m2 government building located on the eastern out skirts of the Perth’s CBD area. 

Open by the Prime Minster in March 2014 the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research is a 10 storey state of the art medical research facility located with the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre.

The 740m2 fitout for Mcleods lawyers was undertaken over two floors and was the first fitout following completion of the open plan base building construction works.

175 Liverpool Street is one of Sydney’s A Grade office buildings, situated in the heart of the CBD Hyde Park precinct.

Datum101 were engaged to provide the building services design for the new TGS office at 1110 Hay Street.

The National Native Title Tribunal are located on level 5 in the Commonwealth Law Court Building at 1 Victoria Avenue, Perth.

The fitout was undertaken over two floors with an overall floor area of appx 1600m2.
