Datum101 completed the services design on the new offices for hipages at 255 Pitt Street totalling over 1800m² floor space.

Datum101 was engaged to complete the services design for the Herbert Smith Freehills fitout at 66 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park.

Datum101 completed the services design for the Elmo Cloud HR & Payroll fitout at 580 George Street, Sydney. The tenancy is split across 2 levels and incorporates a central atrium with an internal staircase.

Datum101 was engaged to complete the services design for a new NAB retail bank branch at Seven Hills Plaza Shopping Centre in NSW.

Datum101 were engaged to complete the services design for this refurbishment project including a complete remodel of the existing commercial kitchen including a new cookline, wash up area and cool rooms.

The project involces the full refurbishment of an existing backpacker hostel to provide better functional layout and a modern layout.

The fitout was undertaken over one full and one part floor with a total floor area of appx 2000m2. The space design included open plan workstations, collaboration area, meeting room, breakout and reception.

Datum101 undertook the design of all services on floor plates exceeding 10,000m2 in total area for the new Administration Appeals Tribunal (AAT) fitouts in Sydney and Perth.

Datum101 were very pleased to engaged to provide engineering design on the fitout of the world renowned Long Chim restaurant at Martin Place in Sydney.

Datum101 provided services designs for new 500 m2 FACS tenancy located in Wyong.

Situated in Bowral NSW, Annesley Bowral is a peaceful and stylish Retirement Living facility, featuring old world charm and high quality finishes. The site was originally a girl’s high school started in the early 1900’s.

Datum101 provided services designs for new ANA tenancy located at Sydney International Airport.

80 William Street is a 20,000 sqm office tower completed in 1987. The building has become a Sydney icon with its distinctive terraced, stepped design, and boasts stunning views of Sydney Harbour.

74 Castlereagh Street is located between Market & King Streets in the heart of the financial district of Sydney. This 20 level A-Grade commercial building was constructed in 1991 & comprises retail & office levels and a total NLA of approximately 6,800m².

Jamie’s Trattoria Parramatta is housed within a former bank building located in the heart of Parramatta’s Civic Centre in NSW; adjacent to the new Centennial Plaza and nearby Town Hall.

As part of a contract with the Federal Department of Immigration and Border Protection, BUPA undertook due diligence investigations of numerous sites around Australia in early 2014 in order to commence establishment of it Medical Visa Services network.

Din Tai Fung design their restaurants to have their own identity, so these two sites provided opportunities to flex our design muscles.

Originally based in Wentworthville for over 100 years, PBUG’s new space at Burwood, needed to retain strong links to PBUG’s history. 

Buildings sited on 88 George Street (built 1886) and 86 George St (built 1912) in Sydney NSW have been combined and refurbished in 2007 to become an award winner environmentally sustainable building and retaining historical significance.

Built in 1992, 477 Pitt Street is an A Grade building located in Sydney’s southern precinct covering an entire block bound by Pitt, Hay and Barlow Streets.

175 Liverpool Street is one of Sydney’s A Grade office buildings, situated in the heart of the CBD Hyde Park precinct.
