Description:
Buildings sited on 88 George Street (built 1886) and 86 George St (built 1912) in Sydney NSW have been combined and refurbished in 2007 to become an award winner environmentally sustainable building and retaining historical significance. The building provides five levels of commercial office space with retail below.

This project delivered award winning advertising company AdRoll with new premises across two floors incorporating 680 m2 of NLA.

Engineering designs incorporating Datum101’s core disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, and Hydraulics services were successfully delivered, within the constraints of the client’s budget, and in sympathy with the heritage requirements of the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (SHFA).
