Jamie’s Trattoria Parramatta is housed within a former bank building located in the heart of Parramatta’s Civic Centre in NSW; adjacent to the new Centennial Plaza and nearby Town Hall.

Datum101 were engaged to provide engineering building services consulting including the refurbishment and upgrade of all services to convert the building from a retail shop to a restaurant.

Power to the site was upgraded, with Level 3 ASP and Level 1 Contractor works overseen closely by Datum101. New kitchen exhaust, air conditioning and ventilation system was installed. Trade waste provisions were coordinated closely with the Councils recent works in Centennial Plaza.

The exposed services design and reticulation was carefully coordinated so that drainage pipework, cassette air conditioning units, refrigerant pipework, cable trays and the like, complimented the architecture and specialist lighting design.
