Datum101 was engaged to complete the services design for a new NAB retail bank branch at Seven Hills Plaza Shopping Centre in NSW. The project was designed by our engineering team to NAB retail banking standards and to the requirements of the shopping centre management. We completed an initial inspection and technical due diligence report detailing the condition of the existing services onsite and provided a high-level scope of works for the services changes required to successfully achieve the final layout. Throughout the design process, we worked closely with the Project Manager and Architect on services related items including lighting, fire hydrants, hose reels, air conditioning and RCP coordination. The outcome is a modern and functional retail banking space that is widely used by the local community. |
