Description:
Situated in the Currambine commercial precinct on outskirts of Joondalup in WA the Hobsons Gate development comprises of 15 commercial suites split over two levels totaling 2500sqm.

Datum101 were engaged to provide the mechanical design consulting for base building provision of air conditioning to suit open plan tenancy layouts.

Design included air cooled ducted split systems and diffuser layouts with condensing units on the roof over and toilet exhaust systems.

Outside air provisions were made via louvres in the facade on ground floor ond from the roof over on the first floor.
