Description:
Located in the commercial zone of the new 140 William Street high rise building Jamie’s Italian Perth accommodates appx 500m2 of dining and food preparation space.

Datum101 worked in conjunction with the International design team to provide services design that complimented the building and the Jamie’s Italian design ethos.

Mechanical services design included a rework of the existing water cooled package units and provision of new exposed ductwork with the dining space to create a smart industrial feel.

The cookline included a 6m kitchen exhaust hood and exhaust system discharging on the roof of the tower building.
