Datum101 was engaged to provide the electrical services on the construction of the new offices for Sanwell in Welshpool WA.

Datum101 worked closely with the Architectural team to provide services designs that worked and complimented the Architectural features including exposed concrete ceiling, feature wooden ceilings, custom joinery and a split level mezzanine.

Specialist lighting design was undertaken to illuminate the split level mezzanine and exposed concrete ceilings to maximize effect and keep the area clear of services.

The site was provided with a new power supply and engineering design included distribution systems, general and specialist lighting, emergency lighting, telecommunications, MATV, access control, intruder alarm and a solar array.
