Description:
Located within the Mezz Shopping Centre in Mount Hawthorn The Peasant’s Table project involved amalgamating three food and beverage tenancy’s into a single venue.

Datum101 worked closely with the Interior Designers who provided a layout that included areas for Dinging, Cafe and Bar as well as commercial kitchen and an alfresco area.

Mechanical services design included new exposed split ducted air conditioning system and a refurbished kitchen exhaust system.

An Intelligent Lighting Control System was provided to automate lighting settings through the day including zoning and automatic dimming functions.
