Description:
Datum101 were engaged to complete the building services consultancy for the new Colliers International WA head office.

The new space was taken over two levels totally appx 1,750sqm.

The design included reception and waiting area, boardroom, meeting rooms, comms room, open plan workstations, and a staff hub / breakout area all within a brief of a hybrid approach to the ABW model.

A high level of design coordination was required in particularly in relation to the boardroom and meeting room technology requirements. A clear highlight of the fitout, that certainly provided a wow factor, was the Level 26 Sky Lounge with the amazing view over the Swan River.
