Description:
The project involved the construction and of a new two storey purpose built medical building including dental fitout. The electrical scope included liaison with the utilities providers  for incoming supplies, specialist lighting, power, comms and security. The mechanical scope included a VRV system with individual control in Consult Rooms plus mechanical exhaust and ventilation systems.
