Datum101 were engaged to undertake the life cycle replacement of the existing central air condition system serving the Cole Shopping Centre at Swan View. A comprehensive due diligence and option study was undertaken to confirm the most appropriate system including analysis of life cycle costs and considerations of plant changeover downtime. The agreed design provided a new roof top air cooled to serve the existing air handling unit and replacement of cooling coils and provision of C02 control to optimise the outside air supply. Datum101 ran tenders for the project and undertook construction administration, final commissioning and handover.
