Description:
Freemason WA purchased the four storey building at Thomas Street for their new WA headquarters. Due to the age of the building a comprehensive due diligence survey was undertaken and the majority of core services upgraded. Admin services were supported on level one with corporate floor on level two and lodge rooms on level three. Due to the high occupancy in the lodge room dedicated roof top package units were provided for air conditioning the space with diffusion integrated into the feature ceiling and bulkheads.
