Description:
The project involces the full refurbishment of an existing backpacker hostel to provide better functional layout and a modern layout.

As part of the roof and new roof top structure was design to activate the rood top space including a kitchen area and space for outdoor use.

Detailed design included a new VRV system with ducted units providing air conditioning to the rooms, central gas fired hot water system and stormwater design to the new roof top structure.
