Description:
The fitout was undertaken over one full and one part floor with a total floor area of appx 2000m2. The space design included open plan workstations, collaboration area, meeting room, breakout and reception.

Due to a high occupant density of the Fitout supplementary AC systems were provided over and above the base building provisions.

The Electrical scope included upgrades to the power supply to suit the new requirements.
