Description: Datum101 were engaged to complete the services design for this refurbishment project including a complete remodel of the existing commercial kitchen including a new cookline, wash up area and cool rooms. As part of the project Datum101 were also engaged to undertake a power load analysis and complete an upgrade to the site electrical supply involving new submains and upgrades to the site main switchboard.
