Datum101 created a thermal 3-dimensional model of the Calvary hospital which is currently under construction in the Adelaide Central Business District. The model simulated the proposed building façade and mechanical services design compliance (JV3 model) by using the Integrated Environmental Solutions’ Virtual Environment (IES VE) 2018 software. A JV3 simulation of the hospital’s full air-conditioning system design was also prepared to prove that the economy cycle on the Air Handling Units serving the Operating Theatres could be removed.
