Appointed to undertake the services design of Subsea 7’s new office, our team was fully engaged from the initial discussions with the tenant all through to hand over. Our approach was to work hand in hand with the property managers, interior designers and builder to create the workplace that meets the tenant needs. The fitout covers a full floor area of 1,235m2 on level 7, Australia Place. It encompasses an open reception, enclosed offices, open plan workstations, exposed ceiling kitchen, collaboration spaces, and boardrooms with operable wall systems. Image Gallery: |
