Work was undertaken to restore the Martin Kelly Centre which was originally built in 1893 as a school house and is recognized by the Heritage Council of WA. The works required significant care to preserve and reconstruct the building structure while trying to incorporate modern building services. This project won the 2018 Master Builders-Bankwest Excellence in Construction Awards: Best Historic Restoration or Renovation under 1.5M & 2018 WA Heritage Awards - Judges’ Choice |
