Perth Urology is located on the ground floor within the Hollywood Medical Centre. The tenancy was fitout from a cold shell provision and included a reception, offices and consulting rooms, staff amenities and a treatment room. A new VRV heat recovery system was provided to air condition the space with air cooled condensing units located on the roof plant deck. Our electrical team provided power and comms design as well as specialist feature lighting including bespoke extrusion to the reception desk.
