Description:

The projects involved the conversion of an old office building into a medical suite. Full refurbishment was carried out for the internal and external areas including power upgrade to allow for a new CT Scan room.

Architectural lighting is provided throughout the building with suspended custom linears to interior foyer, external wall lighting to the façade and uplighting within the landscape areas.

The mechanical services include new ducted air conditioning units, ventilation systems and controls.

The electrical services include new power distribution system, communications, and fire detection integrated with the security alarm.

The hydraulics services include water reticulation, new hot water system, and an upgrade to the waste water system.
