Description:
Located in the prestigious Elizabeth Quay on the banks of the Swan River in the Perth CBD, the Oyster Bar is a new restaurant tenancy with a floor area of approx 415m².

The fitout included a large dining area, a bar, a commercial kitchen, a service area including point of sales, new internal toilets and two separate balcony / alfresco areas. Additionally, there was a large rooftop bar above the restaurant.

Datum101 worked closely with the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority to ensure the fitout services were undertaken to a very high standard, including Green Star reviews for sustainability.

The design included new mechanical air conditioning and exhaust systems; new lighting, power and communications systems and all hydraulic water, waste and gas connections required for the tenancy.
