Forming a central part of the Westfield Carousel redevelopment and extension in 2018, the Waverley Brewhouse is a new restaurant/nano-brewery tenancy. The Waverley Brewhouse has a floor area of approx. 750m2 with seating for approximately 200 guests. The project was split into two storeys. The ground floor covered some back of house areas, incorporating a bin store and keg rooms. The upper floor contained the major portion of works, including a new toilet block, new kitchen, dining rooms and some external alfresco seating areas.
