The project involved densification of the occupancy of Clough staff across four existing flours at Clough headquarters in the Alluvion Building, Perth

The floors were occupied throughout the works and Datum101 worked closely with Clough, the Interior Designers and the Fitout contractor to agree a staged programme of works to ensure disruption to Clough’s ongoing operations was minimised.

Electrical design involved extensive recabling and reuse of existing data cabling to suit the new layouts, refurbishments to reception area services and relocation of a 24 person boardroom.

Mechanical design included close liaison with the Base Building Engineers to ensure the new occupancy rates met base building design
